Bird & Seagull Scarecrows

Protecting your boat from bird droppings starts with preventing birds from finding a place to land.

SWI-TEC Scarecrow bird deterrents utilize mechanical systems with moving elements to discourage seagulls and other birds from perching on protected surfaces.

The range includes several models designed for specific onboard applications:

  • Universal Scarecrow: Protects large surfaces and various deck areas, with mounting options for pushpits, handrails, and boat covers.

  • Spreader Scarecrow: Designed for mast spreaders and suitable for other linear surfaces.

  • Masthead Scarecrow: Specifically engineered for the top of the mast, roll bars, and overhead structures.

  • Multipurpose Scarecrow: Ideal for smaller areas such as balconies, terraces, chimneys, and compact surfaces.

Select the right Scarecrow model based on the area you need to protect and the most suitable mounting setup.
